My first guest this year is a legend in the real estate business. His name is Sam Freshman.
Sam is the founder of Standard Management Company which he formed in 1962. Through is company he has sponsored hundreds of Millions of dollars of investments in real estate throughout the USA.
Sam is also the author of many articles and books including Principles of Real Estate Syndication one of the best real estate books out there today - It is considered the Bible among many in the real estate field. He has lectured extensively and has served as past Chairman for the Legal and Accounting Committee of the California Real Estate Association Syndication Division.
